One card in particular that I think could use another look is Patron of the Moon: (EDHREC Rank: #620) While the card is expensive, its Moonfolk offering ability allows you to discount the mana cost by sacrificing a Moonfolk, and you can cast it an instant speed

Its interesting that you can make another player the monarch rather than taking the title for yourself, as you can incentivize players to attack each other and play politics

Thankfully, that's all changed as of this morning's update, as 008/P-A, Pokedex, is now available to claim for all players
